Nothing redeemable about this place. Incompetent, lazy, and apathetic workers. More often than not cannot help with even simple tasks like package pickups. Edit: a recent trip was the complete opposite. The postal worker was efficient and helpful. Go first thing when there's not a line, otherwise be prepared to wait for hit or miss service.

been on hold for about an hour. Package was supposed to arrive yesterday, was out for delivery, and now mysteriously delayed with no updates (paid extra for expedited shipping too). How lovely

The worse post office in the area. I’d tell anyone to go to the 34th St Post office even if it’s out your way. The staff don’t care about the customers, simply ask where is the line for packages and they point the location like where do you think attitude! Give me a damn break make this post office what it used to be. They don’t deliver one’s packages at the door (of one’s home) and instead leave it at the front door where anyone in the neighborhood is welcome to take it. Which has happened and no one can claim it. What kind of nonsense is that!?!?!? Back in the past it was worth giving this post office a 5 Star nowadays with the way they run the place I have no problem giving them what they well deserve a 1 Star! It took the other day for a man to yell at them to get their place together & it was in reference to their consistency and how poorly they do their services. It’s a shame it took this man to yell at them at the window in arguing for 15 minutes till he got what he wanted. Why stress someone out a customer like that. It should GO smooth both for the customer and staff!!! Case closed.

I’d rather slowly stab myself in the eye with a dull needle. Self service machine is always broken. Line is always 45-60min long. They leave packages outside without ringing my bell when I’m home even though I’ve also given them access to our atrium. UPS is a nice alternative as there is a pick up location on our block but most of my clients use USPS.

There isn't anything I can write that hasn't been expressed in previous reviews. I can confirm that if you've just moved to this area find yourself another post office or carrier service. Your packages will be delivered to the wrong address, delayed or left to be stolen - guaranteed rain, sleet or snow. I am giving a rating of one star because that is the bare minimum to write a review which is less than what you will receive in terms of customer service. I have had two packages go "missing" in the last 15 days. I went to file a claim inquiry and was instructed to write my name and contact details on a random sheet of paper which I have no doubt was tossed the moment I left. I have filed insurance claims only to have them denied because the word of the post office is Gospel and the customer is always wrong. Under the duress of these aggravations, I have had to sign up for GoPost because I have no confidence in the current delivery system or staff. Update: I was about to head out to run errands when I came downstairs to find my roommates package literally in the trash!
