Very unprofessional. I made an appointment 1 week in advance to apply for my U.S. Passport. My appointment was for 12:15 P.M. & I got there @ 12:04. Two of the clerk's said the lady handling the passports is on lunch & she'll be back in 1/2 Hr. She never came & another clerk handled my paperwork instead. I was there for about 45 minutes before getting serviced. They deserve no star.

I’ve been here a fair bit and had some of the best customer service and worst, depending on the employee - as most other reviewers have voiced their gripe or satisfaction. The experience and service level fluctuates as a result but this is a post office so can’t exactly expect a Michelin 3 star quality of service. 

Facility is quite old and serves a lot of people but I’ve never lost a package here, so it does its job.

I remember a time ,when this post office was a pleasure to visit . Workers were polite and extremely helpful, and the office was clean and organized . Most of the workers were White , with one Asian lady. Not sure, if ethnicity has to do anything with being nice. Nowadays, I am afraid to walk away inside

The staff members are wonderful here. They're helpful and friendly. Always throwing that big smiles. They've gone through major improvements and have proved that they listened. It's a pleasure to do business here. Processing and picking up mails have been less headache. There's a self-service machine to do the mailing and there's a bin to drop off mails as well. The line can be long but this is not entirely because the staff is slow. The customers should try to fill-in the form prior to go to the window too. Also they can try using the self-service machine - save a lot of time!

There is a Chinese lady, she didn't understand what I was saying. Instead of being polite to customer, she was very rude. I didn't like her attitude at all.   In myth, only white people are racist, but in reality, racism is in every culture and society.
