The mail carriers on my street are Outstanding!!! Extremely courteous and great at their job! Thank you all for delivering my mail at Valley lane east in north woodmere for so many years!!! The Valley stream post office is the best!!!!!

Kind and helpful employees. Store manager is very knowledgeable, and she helps thin the lines by assisting people with the machine.

Worst mail delivery in existence. Mail is delivered; if delivered at all, late- after 6pm. I receive other people's mail and I end up delivering it to the appropriate addresses. God only knows how much of my mail is delivered elsewhere. My mail has also been left on my stoop instead of being dropped in my mailbox. I have called the post office to complain and have gotten nowhere after speaking to the supposed delivery supervisor. This post office is totally incompetent, lack customer service, places all of the resident's of our community at risk for identity theft, and should either be closed or purge the incompetent workers that work there.

Ignorance is bliss. Print your labels at home if possible (it's cheaper and faster). If you do have any questions for them at best they will have an excuse not to answer you and at worse give you incorrect information. YMMV

Our post master and staff deserve a accolades for helping me track a package that was over due 3 weeks and the post office o destination was less then helpful,, Phone calls made and package was located and delivered cross country within hours.. stuck in New Jersey.. its easy to complain and at times it's justified but I believe one should view each occasion and give praise as well .. .Thank You.
