Each time I come here it's very short lines... I come here whenever I'm in a hurry and I gotta go in an out... now the I my bad part is they have no parking... so you gotta park across the street and let me tell you they need a stop sign there... people be driving wayyy to fast.

This Post Office is very helpful but the fact that there are no parking spots and Elmont Rd is very busy I regret every time I have to come here.

The office hours are listed as 9-5. It is about 10 to 5 and the doors are locked and closed and I was told that the "mobile office" is open which only sells stamps. Like how rude and inconvenient that is. The hours are stated as 9-5 not 9-445. If that was the case I would have made sure to get here earlier. This is so unacceptable. No one should come here. This business deserves to be shut down for poor customer service.

This is total bullshit -- it never fails - this branch has never done anything rite ,  I literally live around the corner and I don't receive my mail until 4 PM we use to get it before noon , It's clear that we are the last stop on the route ,  I filed a local complaint and nothing has gotten done about it EVER.  prepare yourself for the worst when dealing with this specific post office,,  it says due to ( animal interference  mind you no one has dogs here at all  I live in a cul-de-sac ) so we are not able to complete this delivery ,  but then again I receive my daily mail just not the package ,  it's very clear that they forgot the package and not the mail .... so they pressed the safe button - tomorrow I will file another complaint and hope for better results !!!!!!!!
