Very friendly postal workers, when they come to my job to deliver the mail, very nice. I've nevwr had a problem, except with my last order and when I called the office, a man named Roy(?) answered the phone both times I called and was super rude. I was on the phone explaining my situation and he was like "ok bye ok yeah it'll get there". Thank goodness this isn't a gift for anyone and it's just for me because I know I wouldn't get it in time.

Very upset with the disregard toward patrons' time. After waiting 10 minutes for the two people in front of me to be serviced, I approached the postal work, Fred, who took 10 of the 14 envelopes that I was mailing certified and told me I had to go back on line for the rest. Ended up waiting another 20 minutes to complete my transaction. I'm a paying customer just like everyone else and didn't request any special treatment. Considering Fred is being paid by our tax dollars, and my $5 per item certified mail, I was insulted to say the least.
