There is a guy Marcus here whom never smiles and will make sure your packages are lost or broken. I had been using USPS from this facility for 7 years to mail approximately 50-75 packages a week in my business and because of this snob I have completely redesigned my work to not include USPS or Marcus. Good bye, good riddance. Rude, arrogant, never smiles. Kevin is the salt of the Earth, Marcus, be more like Kevin.

Twice I have been told to renew my passport online and when it advertised online and at this location that it can be done there. Unknowledgeable employees who are more interested in there personal conversations with coworkers then to assist customers. Need training on good customer service.

This post office is filled with rude people. I reported a p.o. worker who was looking in windows in my neighborhood and the staff was so rude this freak/ pervert was allowed to creep our route regardless. They deliver mail to all the wrong neighbors and they not only won't take a complaint....they yell like children

Staff is more worried about personal conversation than to assist customers. Also they never knock for packages and I've been home everyday.

With all these open doors, do ya think it's possible to assign me a door and pull the 6 skids off? Nope! Gotta wait. Come back later. Some USPS facilities are pretty decent. This one is a joke. If you all ever wonder why your package is late or lost, it's because these guys ain't about to do any work unless they have to. Even when they do have to work, it's far from impressive.
