If I could give them a negative, I would.  The mail carriers do not deliver packages and put in the tracking they have no access to delivery location when clearly that is a complete lie.  When you call this branch, no matter what time of day it is, you never get anyone to answer the phone.  It just continues to ring then goes to fast busy after several minutes.  Packages have been tracked as delivered and never delivered.  We never had this problem before when all of our mail was delivered through the Kenmore Branch.

Maureen was amazing. Was extremely helpful and very friendly! Hands-down the best experience I've ever had at a post office or anywhere!

I wish there was a negative star!!! The one woman  working there would not let me use a small piece of tape to seal the label on my envelope. She made me buy their 4$ tape... I gave the left over roll of tape and told her let the next person who needs tape use it... What a joke

As my wife described below....TERRIBLE SERVICE. My wife can be impatient at times and gets annoyed easily but her frustration is understandable. Her package wasn't delivered and all she wanted to know was why. We spent over an hour there with no help. Staff was very disrespectful and the female supervisor intentionally tried to piss my wife off more and make it harder for her to get her package. She did not explain anything. She was short and made it obvious that she enjoyed pissing my wife off. She should be fired with the way she handled the situation. So much for choosing the correct people to represent you USPS.

There have been multiple times, with this office, that I had an Amazon Prime package scheduled to deliver on a certain day... They get it in the building at 8am, and do nothing with it. I'm sure Amazon lines the pockets of their Prime affiliates, so this is completely unacceptable. "Guaranteed by 8pm on delivery day" from Amazon, and now I get to wait 2 extra days. Nonsense.
