Absolutely great service! I forgot to put a stamp on a letter, I called them and they found my letter and took care of the stamp for me. I am extremely appreciative as I was sending this letter to my boyfriend who is deployed. This staff is excellent.

3.5 Stars The last time that I went during normal business hours, I got subpar service. I asked what the cheapest way to ship my package was, and asked if it would be the (regular) Priority Mail envelope I had in my hand or a flat rate envelope. She said "that one" and pointed to the one in my hand. My package weighed just over a pound and it was being shipped to Texas. It cost $10.55, whereas a Flat Rate Priority Mail padded envelope would have cost $7.20. I had already had my items in a poly mailer and had my address labels written out and ready to be applied, I literally just had to put a card and the wrapped item into the PM envelope that I already had and affix the address stickers which took me about 20 seconds to do. While I can understand wanting to be efficient, she proceeded to slowly sort some packages into bins while I did this, and I ended up waiting for her. I would have been fine with being asked to get back in line because I wasn't ready, but she made me feel like a huge burden to her from start to finish. Certainly not every employee there is like that, and perhaps I just caught her at a bad time on a bad day but I can say I am always polite and courteous to anyone who is providing me with any type of service. I love the 24/7, self-serve kiosk!

This is more to the Postman that works out of this office. I put bills in our mailbox to go out on a monday. When I came home that night, they were still there. My husband who is home because he is disabled said we received mail, however the mailman never took the outgoing mail. Now I am getting calls from the utility companies because they did not receive the bills on time. Poor Poor service!!!!!
