Finally after 15 years of doing business here, the last year or so have been pleasantly surprised at the professional level of customer service. Nice job to all usps employees that have turned this around for us small business owners

Atrocious! I mailed a package using our USPS approved office mailing machine and it was sent back to me with postage due! This was a time sensitive item - 1st of all, it's YOUR MACHINE, if it doesn't work correctly you need to make ones that DO WORK available. Secondly - what happened to the concept of postage due? Why didn't you send it on and collect the postage at the other end, as you had no way of knowing if it was critical that it be sent out immediately.

Frustrating spending over $20 on shipping and being told no we can't give you a piece of tape. You'll have to spend another $4 on that tiny roll of tape over there.

Very nice people, always pleasant ,never have had a problem,usually go beyond just posting always ask if you need any stamps or other supplies.

We went to RENEW our FIVE year old daughter's passport and had the displeasure to meet Marcus who was unprofessional and prejudice from the start. He was somehow looking for something just to refuse our completed and accurate application. We provided all documents that were necessary. Becareful if you have a name that isn't the usual or common! He definitely needs more training and to actually know how to read the standards of practice in obtaining a passport. Also, he has very poor customer service. Shame on you Marcus and USPS for having such employees.
