mail is never om time to my office. every time we call they cant tell us anything. employees are downright rude. i even offer to pick it up in the morning and they tell me i cant do that. well if i cant do the job for you how about you just do it yourself.

Excellent post office, very kind. I lost my tracking number, called as soon as I realized I threw away the receipt which was the same day, called and spoke with Debbie. She said it would be difficult to find but would give it a try. I gave her all of the information i had on my transaction and she gave me a call back, with my tracking number available. Fantastic service.

I have never been treated with such disrespect. I called regarding a hold I had places on my mail and spoke to Devon, the manager of this office. Devon answered the call with an attitude and failed to comprehend the question I asked about the hold, maybe he just couldn't understand the simple question I asked and it aggravated him more. He decided to tell me about all the other people calling about holds on there mail and how they can't be bothered with this. He told me about how aggravating it is to do his job. So he decided to take it out on me the customer. I am sickened by this and that this individual represents the United States postal service. Clearly this individual cannot handle his job and needs to be replaced. I would have given this a one star review but google made me be extremely generous with the one star.

I've been dealing with this branch for years and I never experienced any issues with my mail nor customer service. They all have been very pleasant and treated me like a customer should be treated. 📬

One day I was dropping off a package and they left the door open to the back room. Let's just say it looked like they were playing basketball with people's boxes. The woman was throwing them with one hand into large bins. Is she too lazy to walk them over? No wonder why their packages come with $100 insurance for free. I've never had no many issues and now I know why. Lazy, lazy, lazy.
