Love the fact that they're open 8:30 - 5:00. It makes it much easier for people who work full time to get there. I've never had a problem with delivery - maybe it's because I CHOOSE to leave my carrier a Tim Horton's card a couple of times a year. I appreciate how much their job sucks. Staff inside the location has always been courteous and helpful.

Buffalo Post Office on South Park Avenue (zip 14220). I have never in my life encountered such a rude person like this older gentleman working at this location. I gave this post office 1 star because there is nothing less than that. I usually go there since I live nearby and I have seen this gentleman being extremely rude (for no reason) to so many customers that I don't understand why he is still working there. Please re train your employees or just remove them from dealing with customers...or fire them. This is one of the reasons most people now prefer to do business with UPS or Fedex since their customer service is in general very professional.

I am getting tired of calling the POST OFFICE. Again, either I am receiving someone else mail, or someone else is receiving my mail. Merchant claims, they mailed out my merchandise...I never got. Husband never received his Pension check. Now another merchant claims TWICE they sent me merchandise out twice, since January....Never got it.... What did I get...I bag full of mail hanging on my door, with all my bills, husband check, ( that already had a stop payment on it)...and these bills had late fee's assessed.... So I called South Park Post Office again to complain....was told "I remember your call from last time, and that my street does NOT have a regular carrier, but would have one in a couple of month's"...Well here we are again......No check for this month, no merchandise....and when try calling the South Park office,,,,no one is picking up on a Friday @2 :56 PM... I guess we need to go higher up.

I was told someone delivered my package but said there was no where to put it.. my front porch is where it always goes or on my open back porch no one else seems to have a problem with delivering my packages. They didn't leave a slip either. So there was no attempt at all just pure laziness.
