A simple process of picking up my daily business packages is very frustrating. Most of the time all of the packages don't get scanned just thrown in the back of the truck. They will get scanned at some other point in there travel but leads to many questions from my customers, why was my item not shipped. Get with the program!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Must I stand at the mailbox and make sure you do your job.

Easy to see the quality of service has gone down a lot the last few months. Perhaps morale is down, or new management at this facility. I used to revere the Postal service now I am having reservations. In this incident 5 packages were picked up through a carrier pickup request but NONE have been scanned at 9:00PM EST. I gave my belongings up several hours ago but the latest information I have is "Shipping label created, Post office awaits package." Perhaps they have been stolen?

This is rediculous! It is almost 8 p.m. and no sight of the mail person. Our mail is always late, usually around 6, but this is insane!

A while ago I had a package delivered to the wrong address in West Seneca.When I called customer service, they told me it was located at this particular post office. When I went they told me that it wasn't there, and it was sent back to the shipper. The second time I went back I asked a man if he could just check, and surprise surprise he came back with my package. The fact that the first person just flat out told me 'No, it's not here', was embarrassing for me to hear, and I can only thank the second guy who actually took the time to go and check if my package was actually there and found it. Thank you for actually doing your job.
