Often , and I mean often, I'm led to believe a package has been left at my door . The tracking info, has been posted as (((delivered ))) but there isn't any packages when I arrive from work. I live in an apartment with a security door This seems to be a big problem with eBay buyers, because money is released to the seller with conformation of the delivery. This also leads to small claims court cases ... Because mail isn't something that should be taken lightly. It's a government job. And careless individual marking mail incorrectly shouldn't be handling such important jobs.... I don't like giving bad reviews because at the end of the day we are all human but! I also, like getting my mail on time and not at risk of losing money because of someone marking mail delivered when it hasn't been. I've started recording all mail deliveries so there won't be any problems when I hold them accountable. Why can't the postal worker leave a confirmation receipt in the mail box ...? This would help ... Helpful?

I ordered a package WEEKS ago, and got an email saying it was delivered, and left by the garage. Problem is, I don’t have a garage. I called the post office to see if theh still had it, or if they could assist, and they took my information and promised a call back. I never receieved a call. Since getting the delivery email, I have spoken with Justin, Eric & Alison - who’ve all taken my information, promised a call back and never returned the call. Today, I called AGAIN. I spoke with Justin, who was extremely rude, and unwilling to help. At the time, I was speaking to him I was driving (using bluetooth), and I was unable to give him my tracking number, but that I could give him my case number. He refused and said the only way was a tracking number (which is false). Since I’d spoken with them numerous times, you’d think they’d have it somewhere, but no. So, instead of initiating another form of assistance, or asking me to call back he told me he wouldn’t and COULDN’T help me. At that point, I asked for a manager, and unfortunately HE IS the manager. This is a horrible example to set for employees. I didn’t want to speak with him over the phone anymore, so I told him I was going to stop in. He YELLED at me and told me “Don’t think you’re going to come into my branch and yell at me or cause a problem.” Excuse me, sir? When I arrived, I gave the woman behind the counter my case number, and she was able to use that to look up my information. Not only was Justin at the front counter when I came in, he said “I was the one you were speaking with,” and walked away. He didn’t offer any help, apology, nothing. This is the absolute WORST experience ever.

They are so rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one if you can. After I am done with my transfer I would by a stamp out of there. No one answers your questions, they’ll argue with you and outright waste all of your time. This one should’ve closed instead of the one on Main and Northampton.

Said they couldn't deliver package because they couldn't get to the front door. No other delivery service has had a problem. Have a huge accessible front porch.

I've been using this post office for many years and have never had an issue. Staff have been very helpful as well as providing a professional atmosphere. A great asset to our community.
