If you want to be treated as rudely as possible, then this is your go-to place. They never disappoint. Just cause you work for a quasi-governmental agency, does not mean you can forgo a smile, a greeting and a thank you. And be pleasant. Oh wait, yes you can...just get a job here. Throw more shade than Wendy Williams at this location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Incompetent: not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully. I wanted to return an unopened package I received from Amazon; I had the return label and asked the clerk do I need to put it on the package or can I just refused it since it was going to the same location. She stated I did not, I could refuse it and take a picture of the tracking number already on the package. The clerk stated it will take "a week" for it to return; that was that was 14 days ago and it still has not reached its destination. Oh by the way, they don't even know where it currently is because the tracking hasn't been updated in days.

Thank you to Tyesha McMillan and Theresa Copeland for their kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. They recovered a lost piece of important certified mail, that the sender had screwed up by not including my apartment number on the address. Unknowingly, the mail sat for 6 days, lost in tracking, and was now deemed "Insufficient" and was to be mailed back to sender. Tyesha and Theresa were so nice, and helpful, and my mail was recovered and returned to me. Thank you both again for being so wonderful to me. I'm very grateful for your help! -Eric

I understand mistakes happen and I know no one loves their job but this USPS has actually lost two packages in a span of one week for me. One happened to be a gift for an anniversary so I had to scramble to find something else last minute. They don't answer the phone during office hours, the few times they do they are incredibly rude. It truly amazed me how rude someone could be right when the phone was answered with a stranger. Also on the 2nd package that was lost I found it funny when he took down my name and number and said when they found the package they would notify me. This was the same thing they said last time, but guess what...no package. Anyways I highly recommend sending or receiving anything via FedEx or UPS, save your time, money, and sanity.

Have had several ocassions where the status of my package says "delivered in mailbox" and it is not there! Sometimes the package shows up after a couple of days and sometimes they are never found! Ridiculous that this keeps happening!
