So my package wasn’t delivered because it was missing my apartment number. I call in and I have the automated system set it to where I just had to go pick up my package. This happened in all a days worth. So I received a confirmation via the automated system and I had a week to pick up my package. I go in the next day to retrieve my package but I’m told that they scanned it and resent it back to the sender. I had a confirmation code from usps themselves but I was pretty much told to go screw my self. Honestly the worst service ever. I’d rather chew off my own foot than depend on these worthless idiots to hold a package for me ever again. 

This place is in need of new staff and better management. If I could I would give this place zero stars.

I had a package delivered "General Delivery" for the first time ever, and the woman working went above and beyond in helping track it down - and she was so lovely and cheerful throughout the process.  I actually felt happier when I left the post office... who knew that was possible?!

Friendly enough people, but very understaffed. Consistently have to wait at least 20 minutes to pick up a package. Seems like common sense to hire more help for the holidays

I keep getting packages and mail that are supposed to go to other addresses from this post office! I have had carriers deliver my packages to other addresses and it is aggravating that I have to worry about my important mail and packages not being delivered to me--I have no recourse because they are marked as delivered when tracked! No one answers the phone either! I called and it said the wait time would be 40 minutes. I finally hung up after 75 minutes of waiting. There is an older woman there with gray hair that is disrespectful and very rude not just to me but many customers that I have witnessed! I dread going there and when I must do so, I try to avoid interacting with her. One positive note is that I have had pleasant interactions the two times I have talked with the Post Master there. I hope that at the very least the carriers will deliver packages and mail to the correct addresses!

This place need to hire new people, they couldn't find my package bcuz boxes all over the place.
waiting for an hour is a waste of time, they need to hire more people or atleas faster people for service....
