Bought a new car from Cowles Ford today.  I was hoping the experience would go well, as I prefer to purchase from my local dealer.  My hopes were fulfilled, as it was easily the most stress free and cordial car purchase I have ever made.  The staff was polite and courteous the entire time and I never felt as it I was just a number.  

I definitely drove out (in my new car) a happy customer.

Update:  I've had my Ford Fusion Hybrid for two years now.  Cowles has been nothing but stellar in the servicing of my vehicle.  I had two times where I needed it in for immediate service (one was a rock that got stuck between the rotor and brake pad and the other was for a recalled product that became defective) and they were very helpful at getting my car in quickly for service and giving me a loaner.  

I continue to be a happy customer.

On Saturday 12/23/2017 I took my F-150 in for an inspection and hopefully an oil change and wash, knowing that without an appointment on a holiday weekend, I was pushing my luck. The staff took the truck in, advising that they may not get to it until Tuesday, but that they would try. Not only did they get to the inspection, they also managed to get the oil change and wash on the same day. I had my truck back that afternoon, and for a couple buck less than the estimated price. OUTSTANDING job by the service team! The only reason for the four stars instead of five was the scheduling website was down. That is the reason I took it in without an appointment. Otherwise it would have been a perfect score. The staff was great! Thank you to them all.

I had an excellent experience at Cowles Parkway Ford. From the moment I walked in there were a number of individuals waiting to help me. I knew exactly what I wanted and within minutes a sales associate, Seerat, had me test driving a 2017 F-250. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicle. He explained every step of the buying process in detail and showed me around the store. They gave me a great value for my trade in as well. The whole process was overall the best buying process I've had and would recommend them to anyone.

What a great experience! I'll start with my salesman Mike Sanders. He was knowledgeable with all the questions I had regarding the car. He also went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted due to circumstances that had me waiting to hear from insurance. He was up front and honest with everything and made sure the car was cleaned properly before I left. He set up my phone and Sirius radio as well. He was friendly, easy to talk to and not at all pushy. 

Next was Jerry San Louis who did my financing. Not only was he personable and friendly, he also went above and beyond to keep my payments reasonable but include additional coverage and warranty. He ran numbers and let me make some calls to confirm the numbers before I signed. He was knowledgeable and entertaining and made a great deal! I bought from out of state and he made the process extremely easy. 

Overall this dealership has been the best experience I've had while looking for a vehicle. Not only did everyone involved go over everything in detail, but made me feel like I was part of the Cowles Ford family for years. Although I live a distance away, Cowles Ford will be my first stop for my next Ford!

I have to honestly admit from past dealership experiences I have not a fan of a car buying experience. Cowles Ford helped change that opinion. I easily give Cowles Ford five stars for the best dealership experience I have had. Sales Manager, James Edwards was very easy to speak to both over the phone and in person. Lindsey Stowell, my sales consultant was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicle which I purchased. Lindsey was very helpful throughout the entire car buying process. Carlos Ramos, the Finance Manager wrapped up my deal smoothly and was very polite. Lindsey was once again very helpful going over all the features of my 2017 Ford Escape. I highly recommend speaking to Lindsey if interested in taking a look at Cowles Ford. I think it speaks volumes about the dealership when I am ready to leave that the sales manager, James Edwards sought me out and congratulated me on my purchase. The above mentioned staff at Cowles Ford made my new car buying experience a pleasure.
