Absolutely terrible service. If possible, do not deal with Ryan Klein. I scheduled a service appointment last week which he confirmed. I trusted this dealership because of the excellent service they gave me in the past but this time was different. I was going to be late so I called Ryan ahead of time to notify him but he did not pick up. So, I left him a message and received no call back. As soon as I arrived, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that the brake pads needed to replace my car were not in stock. Ryan told me, "you should've called in advance." He knew what car I was bringing in and confirmed the appointment himself, I assume they would have the part and if not he should've notified me so I wouldn't waste my time and gas driving there from the other side of town! Lustine Toyota will never have my business again and it's the kind of service from people like Ryan that will destroy the credibility and reputation of this dealership.

Matthew, our sales rep. was fun to work with. He maintained a sense of humor with the sub-zero temps and we are pleased with our purchase. The only disappointment was the $3k of add-ons by the dealer, but we know everyone has to make a living. We just wouldn't have traveled so far for this 'deal' as we could have purchased locally for the same price...

Great experience overall. From the time Michael Mills called, to the time Daniel helped finance us out, it has been fantastic. No problems, no weary moments, no doubt. I highly recommend Lustine Toyota and these two gentlemen to anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle. I want to also thank the "behind the lines" staff (detailing crew and etc), everything with our new 2017 Toyota Corolla was absolutely flawless. Thank you all for your help.

Don't go to this place at all! They are all scammers and just persuade you to buy their vehicles and then other warranties that they'll never process appropriately after you've bought it and signed for! BEWARE OF A FINANCE LADY CALLED DELMA SHE IS A LIAR JUST TRYING TO GET A CUT ! Stay away from this place !!Their customer service is horrible, no one knows how to do their job. You have to go in person for every question because no one answers their phone nor returns any. And mind you, when you do go in expect a 4/5 hour wait. Even though they have 30 sales people, 20 managers,10 finance people & 2 finance manager's on the floor. 🤦🏻‍♀️They have new employees in and out like a 7 eleven or even worse than a McDonald's🙄. They are liars and use great tactics by selling you their products that they say COVERS EVERYTHING on your vehicle in which later you will find out DOES NOT cover all major parts of your vehicle when it does brake down or needs replacement of. Prepare yourself to bring in a calculator, paper, and pencil to write down every dollar they add towards your TOTAL AMOUNT, oh and a Mechanic or someone who knows about cars that can tell you if the car is in fact in good condition. They have bad reviews for a reason. I will never ever do business with these people again. Hopefully someone files a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS PLACE AND LOCKS UP THE FINANCE PEOPLE! As well as everyone behind their under the table scams!!

Every one of the Lustine staff that we encountered was friendly, helpful and patient. The whole process of purchasing our new vehicle was most pleasant from start to finish. We got a great deal on a fabulous new car.
