After a very bad vehicle wreck in which my car was totaled.  I rented a car from Enterprise in the interim.  After talking to the very professional gentlemen at the rental car place, he informed me Enterprise did used car sales, and passed my contact information along.  I was called in a timely manner, and discussed my options.  I ended up buying a great car, for a great price, and met the most "no hassle" car salesperson's (Caleb Brown & Cynthia) that exist.  They were genuinely concerned I was okay after the wreck, and followed up after I bought the car.  My experience with the whole staff from the rental place to the car sales place is exactly the customer service people are looking for; however, do not get.  I highly recommend the sales program, and specifically working with this staff.  Truly great experience!

I had Enterprise on my radar for buying a car since about August of 2016 but wasn’t yet able. Yet I was so impressed with the thorough, transparent, honest and caring interactions I had with the sales associates, I knew I wanted to come back and get a car from enterprise whenever I was able. When I visited the first time, Jared Johnson took care of me and my mother, he was knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy and even though we didn’t buy them, he did not dismiss us because we weren’t buying.

Now in 2018 I was now a,e to buy a car from Enterprise and corresponded with Dwight Pernell for about a month before meeting in person. Mr. Pernell was consistent and thorough in his follow through with me and setting up an appointment. When we did meet, both my mother and I were impressed and highly pleased with the caliber of service provided. From negotiating terms, test driving cars, filling out paperwork, and normal conversation they treated us like family and helped me walk out buying my first car! They even went the extra mile to celebrate my life milestone by taking a picture of me next to my new car!

I highly recommend every associate in this office, the cars, benefits packages and service they provide is top of the line and you would be hard pressed to find another dealership that has honest people of integrity to such a high degree. I am pleased with my new car, the time I spent at the Woodbridge location and would 100% recommend this branch to anyone I knew looking to buy a car!

Had an awesome experience.  The staff was very informative and helpful.  Zach treated us like family.  There were a lot of cars to choose from all in great condition with great prices.  Highly recommend them.

Great price for my trade.  I purchased a really nice car for a below market price. Ask for Dwight, he was awesome. I was in and out in less than 2 hours.

I want everyone to know that Enterprise Car Sales in Woodbridge is amazing!  Erin and Jasmine are so great to work with and they make the process of buying multiple vehicles a breeze!  The do not pressure you, they make sure things are done properly and quickly.  I will not go anywhere else to purchase the vehicles I need from now on, they are that great!  Thank you ladies for being so great to work with!
