Had a great experience here with Thomas Tomlin. He helped me find the perfect bedroom set, couch, and other items for my new house. Really enjoyed talking with him and appreciated his patience with me (came in three times before buying). I referred a friend to Tom as well and he also enjoyed working with him. We're both loving our furniture. Good quality, stylish, and comfortable.

Excellent after sale customer service that was given for a return and defective furniture that I had bought 11 months ago. I highly recommend the manager Mr Malcolm, and office manager Jude. They went that extra mile to help me out! And finally get a new sofa set. I do also recommend customers to come at this store and experience this amazing and excellent customer service. Very happy customer (Shaq)

Excellent products at excellent prices. My sales person, Lamont’s Adams, was outstanding. He was patient, helpful and informative without being pushy. Furniture delivered on time as promised in perfect condition.

I've been there a couple of times, the store has much to offer and they aren't joking when it comes to selling at a discount, when compared to Ashley's they offer a lot more in for less price. The sales staff and office staff are great people and truly help you, but also let you have your space as a customer and don't confront you like those at Ashley's. Overall the store is one of, if not the best furniture store in the area.

We walked into the Bobs Furniture and we’re instantly welcomed by Wendy Benson! She was great from the start, she wasn’t pushy,/ following us around while we look, she was very patient & helpful! She took the time to go over every single option with us and look at bedroom sets too. We can’t say enough good things about our experience at bobs or with Wendy!
