It was a great experience visiting Ashley. The sales person Mr. Basil was so helpful and gave us ample amount of time to decide on what we needed and he made sure we understand what we are buying. We got a really nice dining table set at a great price. Even the Lead Sales lady Ms. Sarah also came in to see what we are looking for and helped us in offering great price. In the end it was Ms. Helen who made are all check out process pretty smooth and satisfactory. Highly recommended Ashley Falls Church.

One of the nicest staffs I have ever been to. Been shopping around at a lot at different furniture stores and wasn’t satisfied with the things I was finding. Upon arriving at the store I was instantly greeted by Mary. I was looking for a couch at the time, and she made it her personal mission to find the coach I liked. She took me around the store and we ended up finding the perfect one. She not only found me a coach, but I felt like they honestly took care of me. Mary did an excellent job and would definitely come back just because of the exceptional service I was shown. Highly recommend.

I have purchased other items from Ashley and I have never had an issue with the service nor the delivery. I have always been satisfied. On January 14, I purchased a mattress for my new home. The bed was too large for the room in my home. Ordinarily, if the bed is too big then the mattress will not work also. So I returned back to the Ashley store located at Crossroad Circle in Falls Church to see if I would be able to reselect alternate furniture for the room since both the bed and mattress would not work. I explained to the store manager I would rather use select alternate furniture for equal price or more of what the mattress costs. I have been waiting 3 days and no response. The manager keeps saying he's waiting on an email from corporate which I don't understand why corporate wasn't simply a phone call away and the problem could have been quickly resolved. I wasn't asking for money back or to cancel. Just an option to reselect another piece of furniture for my home. This has been a very disturbing experience with Ashley. I have planned to purchase some additional items to furnish the remainder of my home from them but the timeliness of the store managers response has resulted in me looking for furniture in other stores.

They were great. Ms. Sarah was an amazing saleswoman. She really catered to my style and helped me picked things that would be perfect for my apartment. The store was beautiful and the vibe was very welcoming. This is a great place to visit if you’re looking for furniture. This was such a great team🤗🤗🤗

Sara was amazing for my family and I. She was extremely charismatic, friendly, and knowlegable about many different products in the store. She helped us pick out the perfect furniture for our new home. I left completely satisfied and am so happy I stopped by. I definitely would recommend this location.
