Jay and his crew worked very hard to get my car back on the road after I found and tried fixing an exhaust leak on my own. I supplied him with the replacement parts and he provided his expertise on replacing what was broken and suggesting minor maintenance items that would need addressing. His rate is very competitive for the area and I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to him again in the future.

Jay Kim at Virginia Auto Repair has been incredible! I'm on a tight budget and tend to be very untrusting of mechanics and up-selling things you don't need. Jay is honest about what work should be done and what can wait. He's calm and will take the time to explain your options, and will even install customer-provided parts (order online, warranty restrictions apply). His prices are fair. As I said, I'm weary of most mechanics, but I have absolute confidence in Jay. Highly recommended.

very good price on car repair very friendly staff and most repairs if you come early in the morning you get your car back same day he does forigen and domestic cars

My husband has been a customer (Chu) of Jay's for over three years. Jay has gone out of his way to help him on numerous occasions with various problems, often times providing discount prices when we were struggling financially or needed money to help pay for a wedding.

Virginia Auto Repair, has staff who is very knowledgeable regarding various types of cars and automobiles.  I have felt very welcomed and have a lot of trust in Jay, the owner.  Now that I am married, he has gone out of his way to help me with services on my car.

If you become a regular customer of this shop, you will have the ability to feel apart of a community.

Outstanding service over multiple repairs on different cars. I have given up my mechanic work and let Jay take car of my cars now. Coming from someone with a background in cars and appropriate skepticism of bad shops; I trust his analysis and estimates.  Great place to get the job done right without being over charged (yes this is a real customer).
