I needed help with getting two tires replaced, so they gave me a great deal on a set of four new tires! I was in and out in a matter of an hour and a half with a new set of wheels and their recommendations on when to come back. Great attitudes and great service! Will be returning!

These guys are money grubbers, no doubt about it. Wanted $150 to change 2 light bulbs that a 9 year old could do with a phillips head screwdriver, claiming that it required "professional technicians, tools, and equipment" to get the job done. Guy, it doesn't need to go up on a lift to get to the fog lights. My 70-year-old father in law changed one in his driveway a little while ago when he noticed one was out. These guys suck, and I can't recommend finding another garage strongly enough. Classic example of a mechanic that tries to up-sell customers when they think they don't know how to maintain their vehicle. It's a racket.

Excellent customer service and a very professional automotive shop. Taher did an outstanding job communicating what services their mechanics did as well as any concerns I needed to address. I was in and out faster than expected with a peace of mind that the work on my vehicle was done correctly and with care. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family knowing that they will be treated fairly and with great care while their vehicle is in the professional hands of the employees at Hogan and sons of Herndon.

Extremely disappointed with Hogan and Sons. My girlfriend took her vehicle there to have a tire replaced. They replaced the tire ($200) and suggested that she replace the rim ($600) because they were unable to balance the tire. In addition to that, they told her she should not exceed 45mph because the vehicle would begin to shake due to the "bent rim". 

I took my girlfriend's car to Sunset Hills Automotive where they were able to balance the tire with no issue. The service cost us $70. Unfortunately, this appears to be a clear example of an automotive repair shop trying to take advantage of someone. I hope no one else falls victim to their deception.

Oldest trick in the book. Quote and agree a price - for brake parts on this visit - then one hour later phone the customer and say that the parts at the original price are not available but there’s another option available at a higher cost. Oh, and the cars already on the ramp. What would sir like to do...

The mark-up on the parts that they fitted was double cost price before labor costs. And surprise surprise, the person who fitted the parts and the person I originally dealt with were both conveniantly out to lunch when I turned up - at 3pm.

Usually I’d have told them to forget it and I’d have gone elsewhere but unfortunately didn’t have the choice today. 

At least they appear at first glance to have put the parts on correctly, although that’s hardly a difficult technical challenge for a half decent mechanic. So no points for that. I will not be returning to this place and I suggest that you don’t either.

One to avoid.
