You can trust Wiygul to advise you on what needs to be done for your car without trying to take advantage of you like the dealers do. I have an old car, and when I last took it to Honda for an oil check, they kept it suspended in the air for hours while they came up with about $10,000 worth of "suggested repairs." I didn't do any of them, and the next time I needed an oil change, I showed Hank at Wiygul their report, and he suggested that we ask the Wiygul mechanic to take a look (without knowing the Honda recos) and see what he found. He found one of the items Honda told me about, but that was it. Hank and the mechanic showed me what was going on with my car and explained what the implications for each issue would be. We then asked the mechanic specifically about the "issues" identified by Honda. He and Hank were able to tell me what should be done by when (if at all) and helped me come up with an overall plan for my 17-year-old car. I really appreciate their help, and I'm a lot more confident driving around. On other occasions, Wiygul has been able to complete repairs for half the cost charged by the dealer down the street. They are very professional and pleasant, and they don't try to cheat women customers like the Honda dealers (especially the one down the street) do.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Family owned my a**. Manager Dave just gets fed up and says "you know what? now I'm starting to get mad" after trying to explain that what was performed was not a thorough check even though requested after a scary incident on hwy.  Started out with trying to find "notes" on my issue when previously called when he knew who I was soon as I walked in the door, when all that was written down was my name and vehicle. Then observed the way different levels of respect and decides to help other ppl behind me, guess he didn't want them to hear how he spoke to me and quickly tempered he truly is. Even went to them for the initial used car inspection, guess they decided to not go in depth just b/c the car looked good from the outside. Spent quite some money on other places on the maintenance required (brakes and rotors, transmission fluid to name a couple). Only 1 other good person I dealt with, guess he wasn't management.

Awful service. They never communicate clearly and courtesy option suck. I waited more than one hour. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I won’t come again. I am not an angry customer. It is the truth.

A friend referred me to Wiygul and I am glad he did. The staff is knowledgeable and customer friendly. I have been taking my care there for the past 3 yrs. Always excellent service. They explain in detail the problem areas and advise which service that should be taken care of first. My car is over ten yrs old and after taken it there to have routine work done. I have my power back..!. They have driver take you home to wait no matter how far. The driver is awesome and friendly.
