Excellent customer service . They don't waste time. Other places you need an appointment + waiting time. I just walked in to Wiygul Auto , they promised me 2 hrs waiting time . But job was done in less than an hour. I am another happy customer .

It's hard to get better than Wiygul.  They do great work. They treat you like family. My mom used to take her cars to them over 30 years ago, and she was always happy. My sister used to have them service her cars, as well.  You may be asking why they no longer use Wiygul. They both moved out of the area.  Wiygul does a great job, and will work to get it right the first time; every time. I always miss going to them when I purchase a new car; that whole warrantee thing, you know. Go to Wiygul.  You won't be sorry.

The people at Wiygul have been nothing but kind and helpful to me.  I came to the area about 3 years ago and they made sure I had everything needed to get my car registered in VA.  They've since been my go to place for any repair on my GMC Terrain.  The work has been quality and they perform the repairs and services in a timely manner.  

This is not the cheapest shop in the area (still reasonable prices) but I do believe it to be one of the best.  I leave feeling safe in my vehicle which is what is most important to me.  The staff will explain what needs to be done and give you the option as to how you wish to proceed.  Unlike many places I've gone, they don't make me feel as though I'm a complete idiot which is another reason I've continued to return. 

I work nearby so its easy for me to walk back and forth from the shop, but they still offer to send a shuttle if I ever want to use it instead.  

I will continue to use this shop for as long as I'm in the area.  Highly recommend for anyone else looking for a place based on quality over cost as well.

Dropped by for a safety check. They were done when they said it would be, which was really nice.

They also informed me that my back breaks were almost failing the safety test and that I should probably change them as soon as possible, even offered me a free quote with zero obligations. I changed the brakes myself a few days later and they were correct, my brakes where almost gone on the back.

It is not often it seems that a mechanic or auto repair place will be honest with you. Wiygul was not only professional, but honest and straightforward when they could have failed the safety test in order to make a few bucks. They are now on my go-to list for mechanics in the area, and as long as they continue their good business practices they will continue to have my service.

Charlie was great. Helped me with my Nissan Titan. Had taken it to 3 different shops and nobody could fix it. It now sounds 100 percent better. Will definitely go back there.
