Outstanding customer service!!!!!  Mat was great, as was the young tech, who I was able to watch through the waiting room window as he performed the labor.  Very reasonable prices and speedy, courteous, & professional in every regard.  I cannot say enough in praise of them!!  Even just rolling in without an appointment, they took care of me lightning quick without charging me an arm and a leg.  Superb.

So far, they have always been spot on. As a non "car person" the staff talk to me with respect and patience. They always answer any and all question and have never been pushy in trying to upsell me or get me to buy services that I don't need. They take the time to explain issues and concerns that I would expect a customer service industry to take. They also take the time to make sure that I understand what the problem is with my car.

Honest and does quality work. I've never needed an appointment and they nearly always get everything done in a few hours. They have shuttle for nearby locations and a nice lounge with water and coffee if you want to wait.

Nice and quick, but they did once tell me my timing belt needed to be replaced, but my car has a timing chain and it did not need to be replaced. Would not recommend for anything more serious than an oil change.

Very professional on the phone. I needed information on when to come in for an inspection and they were able to give me an answer! They are first come first serve and at the end of the month it is best to arrive before 6pm.
