Friendly, knowledgeable and honest service. AB and Kyle are the best!!!!! I will not take my car anywhere else and always try to refer people to them.

It's hard to find an honest car repair shop and this is it! I live in Ashburn and drive out here in order to get service done on any of my cars. One of the few shops where you can bring your own parts and they'll take care of the rest. Awesome shop!

Very unprofessional and rude staff, I was very disappointed. The diagnostic of the issue was incorrect and misleading.

I took my vehicle to "Zaf Auto Repair" due to an issue with the heating system inside the salon of the car . After diagnostic was complete, I was informed that the thermostat had to be replaced.  I agreed to proceed with the repair considering the estimated cost and paid the fee upon completion of the job. A week later, I brought my car back to the shop due to the same issue - the heater inside the vehicle (in the salon of the car) was not working - it was blowing cold air as it was before the repair. "Zaf Auto Repair" performed diagnostic second time and informed me that water pump had to be replaced as well (in addition to the replaced thermostat)! This was a new estimate with a new part which was not identified during the first diagnostic.  Due to the mistake in the original diagnostic I was misinformed about the repair and the total cost that required to fix the issue. "Zaf Auto Repair"  refused to refund the original repair even though it did not fix the issue.
