Don't go to this place unless you don't mind false inspection findings, lousy repairs, and 500%+ mark up on parts.
My wife had her car inspected here.  They told her there's a broken engine torque strut and power steering hose.   In the end, they charged $133 for the torque strut and $229 for the hose, which cost only $25 and $65 in auto parts stores.  To make things worse, the car vibrated like crazy when we picked it up.  When we complained about the vibration, the supervisor told us to just drive it and "it's totally safe".  After a long, heated debate, they admitted it's not normal and would take a look at the car.  The next day, they finally fixed the vibration claiming that the problem being the *new* strut they put in was defective.

The mechanic named Andrew was awesome!! We came just for air in the tires and he came out the garage to help us put air in our tires. He gave us so more info about our tires and whats too much and little air.  He even gave us the caps for the tires and placed them on.  His customer service and friendliness is whats needed everywhere.

I have always had a good experience with this location however this morning when I brought my tire in for a puncture repair they gave me curb rash. I had inspected all wheels the previous evening after noticing the puncture. There were no damages or rashes. The car is less than two weeks old! I would have accepted a sincere apology and moved on. Regarding the tire puncture? They could not repair it. Took it back to the dealer who did it in about forty minutes. One star for dishonesty and failing to perform a wheel patch.

Abdul who wAs one of the sales associates up front decided to blame the customer(me) for the chipping of my wheel? Didn’t know it was the customer installing the wheels ? Lmao. Terriable Experience with him. You never blame a customer for a problem especially when it’s your staff that messed up on my wheel? My wheels were installed and mounted and blanced wrong. But let’s not tell the customer that we do not have the equipment to do so for your custom wheels. Could have avoided all of this(chipping my custom forged wheels) by simply telling me you do not have the equipment. Note to self. Never blame a customer for your f***up.

I have been here multiple times (most recently today!), and I always have a great experience. The folks at the desk are always knowledgable and friendly. They don't pressure me into buying repairs and things that I don't need. They complete the work efficiently and quickly. One day, they gave me an estimated time of two hours. I walked the two miles home (took maybe half an hour?), and they called me less than five minutes later to say that it had been completed! I was impressed by how quickly they had gotten the work done. All in all, I value their honesty, quality, and efficiency...and I will be returning!
