I needed a new toilet installed in our powder room. Didn't want to mess with it myself. Called several firms; Len the Plumber was competitively priced but also the only firm that quoted a guaranteed price upfront and got me a same day appointment (even though it wasn't an emergency).  Fantastic customer service and highly skilled technician. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Len the Plumber, represented by Antonio, was everything promised by the TV ads and more.  Appointment was scheduled around noon and Antonio arrived before three – meanwhile, “Len” called twice to keep me up to date.  Antonio was courteous, professional, and effective.  He fixed the (really) stopped up toilet in short order, answering all my questions as he worked, tested all other water outlets in the condo and left the place at least as clean as he’d found it.  He explained the cost up front and ensured everything was documented when he was done.  I would definitely call on Len the Plumber (and Antonio) again!

It was a Saturday when I call the office. The service was scheduled without issues. Wayne Morgan arrive on-site (WITH SHOE COVERS) on time and determined right away want the solution would be in order to stop the leak. Wayne left my home to pick up the required part and returned back to my home within reasonable time.
Once the part was installed Wayne verified the part was working properly. One important part of the his customer service skills, he was able to explain to me on how the water system work in relationship to the part. I really appreciate Wayne cleaning up the water on the floor before leaving my home. Great service was performed. I highly recommend Len The Plumber as the go to plumber.

Just had a great experience with LEN The Plumber.  Chase Scott was here, and he is excellent!!  He was able to quickly find the issue with our shower, and worked hard to fix.  Chase is a pleasure, very professional and my whole family commented about how they liked him.  We will be using LEN The Plumber again!

Chris Pelletier with Len the Plumber provided excellent service today!  He did so efficiently and in a friendly manner. He was able to handle my issues and did his best to ensure that I was satisfied. Please make sure that Len the Plumber is your first choice for plumbing needs because they offer intergity and excellent services.  Those are some of the most important things that can set your business apart from the others of its kind.
