I Love the people at AARONS Great Mills, They have been Patient and Understanding. I have bought  a Refrigerator, Lap Top, Two Sets of Bunk Beds A couch set and A TV from them I have been pleased with every item.

The customer service is horrible. I ended up being late to work because the girl did not know what she was doing. Every time I came in to get something they told me I needed something else. & they don't focus on one thing. Maybe you should have multiple workers. There is no reason I should have been there for an hour when I already filled out my paperwork.
I have since cancelled my service with them. The TV was not worth the hassle of dealing with these workers. I did a partial payment and kept getting phone calls about my payment being late. Why were they calling me? For 27 cents. No one who works there knows what they're doing. I would avoid them at all cost.

Put fliers all over the complex, now the parking lot is littered with trash. Most of the garages they put their papers on are not even occupied.

All the workers are excellent. Very helpful and the manager will work with you if you have any situation come up.
