Well worth the price. A little dated in the rooms with some peeling paint, but honestly who is staying for the room? The staff is very friendly and the morning breakfast was good, definitely would stay again.

Unbelievably rude owners. Accused me of having more people in the room then I booked it for and tried to charge me 20.00 for each night extra.  We didn’t have additional people so I refused. Especially since this is not in writing anywhere in their hotel or on their website. The owner has severe anger issues. Go look at their yelp reviews. He actually came around the counter and tried to act like he wanted to fight. I politely told him he may want to walk back around counter before it goes t ugly and luckily for him he did. 

Horrible experience. Rooms were tiny and unkept. They smell like your grandmothers house if she had died six months prior and mummified. I simply can’t get it across how rude the owners were. It is actually not worth the low price they are charging.

My wife and I stayed here on a cold night in late November.  Clean quite small room, bed were comfort with very warm blankets, heater was kind of loud, turned it off at night.  Breakfast and WiFi were okay.  Highly recommended.

We were looking for a cheap place to stay for just a night in Pagosa Springs. The Alpine In was cheaper than anything else in town. Our room was clean and spacious, and I'm very glad we stayed here. No frills, but perfect for what we wanted.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and it was such a quaint place to visit on such a special time of our lives! The gentleman at the front desk was so nice and the breakfast was a simple yet good way to start our day together. It felt very homely and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
