Stayed here 3 nights for wedding. Great friendly service. Comfortable beds and down comforter and pillows. Room had hairdryer, soft towels, ironing board and iron, fridge and large flat screen tv with cable. Awesome free breakfast with made to order omelets,  waffle station, biscuit and gravy, sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal and muffins, juice and coffee. They also have a bar and live music the nights we stayed there. Great little bar to unwind and short walk to room after a few drinks.

Other guests for wedding stayed across street at the Pagosa Spa and Resort which in my opinion was over priced and no restaurant or breakfast and bar closed at 9. Everyone came over to Quality Inn bar and hung out.

Outside appearance is older, but the inside is very nice. Awesome breakfast including homemade omelets and very friendly staff. Got a free drink at the hotel restaurant as well. Very pleasant experience

Nice room, but extremely outdated. Night staff really needs to work on service. Hot water sitting out was cold and was told they didn't have cocoa packets, which I found the next morning with breakfast foods, ended up driving all the way across town to get a warm drink before bed.

Had dinner and drinks at the bar and grill.  Bartender and service was great.  I had the buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing...cooked just right and the sauce was spot on.  Wife had the chicken quesadilla and wouldn't let me have any...it was really good.  I will definitely stop in hear again when I want a no-nonsense quick meal and drink.

Location, location, location.  Right across the street from the springs.  Accommodations are ok.  Looks like they are updating but you can tell it is an older place.  Clean and comfortable.
