Close to the heart of Pagosa Springs but far enough away to get some quiet, this was a great place to stay for us. The hotel was rated the number one best value in Pagosa and not only was that true but also it exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again and will recommend others.

Great hotel for the price. We had trouble finding availability in town and the front desk clerk was very friendly and maximized our stay. The bed comfort could have been better but the rooms were overall well kept.

Definitely worth the money I would say. We went to Pagosa Springs for the mineral water experience and this allowed us to do more with our money. Most parts of the room were updated but there were still a few that needed work.

The owners take great pride in presenting a very well maintained and clean facility. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed. There was a very pretty courtyard full of flowers, attractive plants and seating for guests. This was a very good room for the value. We highly recommend this hotel.

We rented 2 rooms this past weekend. The 2nd day while changing our baby we noticed bed bugs. We went down to tell the representative and was told ok, as if it was no big deal. They mentioned they had no other vacancies. We had to all stay the night in 1 room. Making it a very uncomfortable stay. Not to mention, I had to toss clothes because I was to scared to bring bed bugs to my house. I definitely would not recommend.
