Price was a little high. Exterior seamed to be runned down like walls and sidewalks. Rooms were nice and clean. A/C worked good. Room had a fridge. Breakfast was included and had a variety of items to choose from. I would recommend.

Was very nice. Felt safe here also. One tiny complaint....the outlet on the left side of the bed was hard to get to. Had to move the couch and lamp so i could hook up my CPAP and phone charger. Other than that the breakfast was amazing, the atmosphere had a very warm, friendly vibe.

Basic hotel, nothing special. When I called to make the reservation the guy who answered the phone wasn't rude, but he wasn't especially friendly either. I assume it was the same guy at the desk when we checked in because he was all business and not overly friendly. Ice machine had no ice in the morning when we left. Wifi was probably the worst connection I have ever had in a hotel, super slow and wouldn't stay connected. Breakfast was nothing special, basic cheap hotel free breakfast food. Building was clean but in need of major remodeling, frayed carpet, exterior of building old and worn, cracks in most of the sidewalks and driveways outside etc. The breakfast room looked like it had been recently remodeled and they had the right idea there, but the entire building needs an extreme makeover. I would not stay there again.

On a motorcycle trip with the wife. We pulled into Pagosa Springs and it was the second hotel coming from Durango Co. We both were exhausted and the hotel looked nice but honestly kinda plain. We lucked out and they had a room. The front desk Clerk from Poland was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, the bed comfortable and the air conditioner blew very cold air!  Perfect! Not too far from some great restaurants and a Walmart!  Great bang for my buck!

Great service. Good location, easy to get to. Nice clean room. Free WiFi and complimentary breakfast. Great employees. Everything was good overall except the bed was firm. Bad T-mobile service (this did not effect the review), it is just FYI.
