This is an older motel. Heaters are seasonal and there is no A/C. We are family owned and look forward to your visit! :)
An older motel right on Hwy. 160 (The main road that runs straight through Pagosa). We are in walking distance to the Springs Resort and several other notable restaurants and shops. We are completely family run. Everything here is simple, and if you are expecting you a hotel chain styled place, there are several down the road that we feel more than welcome to recommend. Behind the motel a short alley way leads to the river and a watering hole perfect for swimming and fishing. Any information about the town and nearby places can be given by our local staff and anything we can't tell you can be found at the Chamber of Commerce just a few blocks away. We believe in "Pagosa Time" just like anyone else who lives here but if your staying past the check out of 11 AM please let us know. More than anything, we want your stay to go well. Don't be afraid to ask for anything extra you may need. And please enjoy your visit to our lovely little town! :)
