The staff at this hotel are WONDERFUL! They were so good to me about rescheduling my reservation because I didn’t think my old clunker car would do well with the snow they got that I wasn’t expecting. I haven’t had the pleasure of staying yet but based on the excellent service I got dealing with the staff I will go out of my way to stay here in the spring when I go to Denver.

The owner and employees were extremely friendly, we had a great time here visiting with the owner and employees. Room was very clean and spacious with a comfy bed! Towels were nice too! They have really good muffins and cinnamon rolls out for breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay here again! The river runs through the back of the property and it's a really nice place to sit or explore!

I had a great stay at the First Inn in Pagosa Springs. Lou is the owner, he's a really nice guy, his son Luke runs the place he's also a really nice guy, I also met David a employee, another great guy. It's has a beautiful river and pond  directly behind the motel. They really keep the place clean, the price didn't break the bank, and I met lots of cool people. Wish I was still there.

This motel was in a great location near the river. We could sit out back and visit over cocktails at the picnic table or gazebo.  It was clean,quiet,and the beds were comfortable.  Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend this  to friends

Place smelled funky and sheets were stiff and sticky and rooms were small.  Contential breakfast was really small.
