Just spent a week there on vacation from Mississippi and it was wonderful! The staff was kind and helpful. Plenty of privacy yet assistance was only a phone call away. The Geese and ducks filled our view of the lake and we even had a fox making his rounds at dusk. The amenities were plentiful and the town is charming. It was relaxing and exactly what we needed for a great vacation.

Nice resort. Really big rooms and lots of space. The rec center was nice and close to shopping and great hiking.

Great customer service trying to make it right but three rooms and a free cleaning and new sheets later we still had two dirty tubs and the jetted tub was the worst brown gunk in the jets and even after the cleaning lady was told by me the jets needed cleaned and the tub needed cleaned the hair that was in there and the gunk stayed where it was. And that is the room we settled on. The first had black foot prints in the shower and orange bacteria around the jetted tub drain. Second room has clean bathrooms but smelled of vomit in the kitchen sink. And well I already told you about the third. Which was also an upgrade from the first two in the size we reserved. But still unfortunately gross. The positive, yes there is some positive, friendly and helpful staff,free use of the rec center pool that is salt water. Free parking too,no trailers though. Beautiful lake and mountain views. They also were always quick to accommodate for the inconvenience like moving three times and free cleaning. So in the end this side of worldmark needs some retraining in standards because out of all the national and international travel we've done through worldmark this is the only disappointment we've had.

Loose electrical outlets, exposed wires on heating elements. Dirty bathtubs with hair and soap in tub. Found old chex mix on and on dressers. Found a wal mart bag fill with previous occupants dirty clothes. Master bed room has gap under deck door where there should have been weather striping. Carpet in spiral stair case was coming off and was a tripping hazard. Found a ring inside the washer along with a nickel. The sink in the kitchen leaked everytime you turned it on from the valve stem. Chairs were wabbly and needed to be tightened. The downstairs where the big tub was that room will not heat, found trash wrappers downstairs. This place is in need of major TLC.

Unit is rundown, we checked into a filthy unit; blood stain on a pillow, hair on towel, and more. Discouraging as the floor plan is ideal and the views spectacular.
