All unique log cabin type feel ( even the motel rooms that is). Was super pleased with how spacious it was. Very scenic right next to the mountains. Get the rooms in the far back of the lot seem to be the best.

Was awesome knowing that I can fish in the river behind the cabins. It was a beautiful view seeing the wildlife around...ducks.. Hawks n even deer. The room I got is smoking ..shower is awesome and I'm right next to the rec room so I'm thankful for that...lol. Everything is going perfectly.

The San Juan Motel is a good, clean place to stay in Pagosa Springs. It has working A/C, whereas some places don't even have A/C. The staff was friendly and efficient, while the room was clean and accommodating. I stayed in a room, but was allowed to look inside a cabin. They looked nice and cozy, with this one having a bed, table, shower, potty, and kitchenette. A good place from which to base local travels over a week. The sign says breakfast, so I was expecting breakfast. What they served, however, was a continental breakfast of juice, cereal, muffins, and yogurt, and of course, lots of coffee. I base raings on expectations. I was disappointed in the breakfast. Had the sign said "Continental," I would have rated it a 5 since my expectations were met. I would definitely stay here again.

Great motel for driving through the southwest CO! Very beautiful area and nice town. The cabin I stayed in was older but in good shape.

Was a nice place to stay and would stay again! Great location, fair price and a bed to sleep in.
