I would say my review is mixed. I ordered two club chairs, and one of the chairs had a wrinkled front on the seat cushion (not sewn quite properly) and the same chair also had a 1/4" chunk out of the front left wooden leg. Otherwise, the rest of the workmanship looks pretty good. I would give the chairs a 3 star rating, but the people were awesome to work with, and deserve a 5 star rating!

The Club Furniture website was very easy to navigate and the follow-up communication from the company was excellent. The leather sleeper sofa arrived within the stated time frame and we are happy with the quality and workmanship of the piece. I had some issues with the delivery guys, however, in that they had a little trouble getting into the intended room so they wanted me to change my room plans in my newly constructed home! Either it was going into the intended room or it was being returned, and of course, they managed to get it in without damage to the furniture or my new walls! Although we have not used it so far, we are very happy with our choice.

I got lots of guidance from Jeff, which was much appreciated! Ended up buying my own fabric, which was was a welcome option. The workmanship is excellent. All exceeded my hopes. I highly recommend Club Furniture with no reservation! Thank you

Club Furniture is a class act. I bought a customized reclining chair from them that I had seen in Bloomingdales for more than twice the retail price. The only thing they have to work on is selecting a freight carrier that can handle the special delivery requirements of the buildings in New York City. Otherwise a five thumbs up.
