I bought a 2010 TL with ~24,000 miles. They were difficult to work with as we kept asking what the total price would be, and they would only tell us what our monthly payment would be. Fine. Within weeks, the car was broken down. There had also been a rattling sound. They took care of the repair, but did not offer us a rental. They said the rattling sound was fixed, but it was not, and we ended up having to pay someone else to fix it. Then we realized the car needed new tires, as they were extremely worn (Antonino denied, but it was obvious). Then the propeller shaft went. Not even a year later, the clutch and flywheel now need to be replaced (which is about $2,400). The mechanic said that it looked like that was the SECOND clutch, so our replacement would be the third! It was also missing a boot and a heat shield. Oh, and with summer here, it's been fantastic to find that the AC only works on one side. I'm sure I'm forgetting things, but we have put thousands and thousands of dollars into this car and I'm just waiting for the next thing to break. But it gets better. After the initial issues, I called and spoke to the store manager. He offered no sympathy whatsoever. Said "that's what you get when you buy a used car." When I expressed frustration that I had to drive an hour+ to get the rattle fixed, which they said was fixed and was not, he said "well that's what you get for buying a car from a dealer an hour+ away." He was also extremely sexist (and when I called him out on this fact, didn't deny it). I have never experienced such rude customer service. Entirely unhelpful and refused to reimburse us for any expenses we had incurred over the first couple of months of owning the car. When I told him it was the worst customer service I had ever experienced, he threatened to hang up if I said it again. I said, "but it is!" He hung up on me. When I tried calling back, I was told that he refused to speak with me. I tried reaching out to anyone higher up, but to no avail. I now have this car that is a money pit, where things are constantly breaking, clearly work was done that we weren't told about, and whoever drove the car before us must have not actually known how to drive a manual. This dealership is dirty and the manager has no qualms with yelling at customers after he has their money. Stay. Away.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Steve Luft and Jordan Flores. I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere and willingness to help me regarding my leased Acura RDX. Not being in the car business, I don't know the ins and outs of turning a car in at the end of a lease period. They really made things very clear as to what needs to be done, and I felt very comfortable with what they told me, which is not always the case when dealing with car salesmen! Highly recommend this dealership.

I had brought a vehicle in for service and while I was waiting I ended up driving off with a Acura Mdx tech which I didn't think was going to be possible my salesman was Christopher Rodriguez and at no time did he try and pressure me they worked with me to where I wanted to be, the whole buying experience was excellent and staff was very friendly and professional. The owners manual came with a CD to show and explain all the features which I went over with my salesman but there was so much to remember so since I don't have a computer available now my salesman offered to come to my house and help me pair my garage door opener to my Acura because I was having a problem so i feel that is excellent customer service and I've been in a few times to go over more features since it was easier for me to do it this way which he welcomes me and accommodates me each time

These guys were great ! I drove all the way from MA bc they had the car I wanted and they completely took care of me. Got a great deal and the service was friendly, complete and professional. Would def refer them to any friend or family !
