Hello Everyone, My oldest daughter (20 years old) purchased a car from Shantok 3 weeks ago and the check engine light is on already. They also have a computer system that cuts off your car when you don't pay your bill, which is fine, but they accidentally cut off my daughter's car instead of the person who didn't pay their bill and she was afraid and stranded in Boston. Her starter went up two days ago, which was not covered under her 30 day/1000 mile warranty. And I had to pick her up from work last night because the car was shaking and she was afraid to risk driving it home. As a mom I feel bad for my kid who wanted to be responsible and get her own vehicle and now has to deal with this lemon. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I got my car almost 3 years ago and I have had no problems. The process was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly.
