I want to thank your dealership for taking excellent care of the 2006 XTerra Nissan. I bought this car second hand from a different car dealership in Groton. Bill Mesloh has taken care of me from the second I walked through their door. He and there service department has given me outstanding quality in all the areas I had work done. I feel safe, comfortable and secure in my car now and am so happy I brought a reliable easy on the wallet Nisson, after years driving a costly Volvo.

Repair shop isn't open weekend they have my car three weeks other shops would be done in one only 3 Star because I am getting OEM parts but damn

The customer service was average at best. Prices are expensive and they don't service run flats that they sell. The issue lies with their customer service desk. They sent me a survey and offered a free oil change if I filled it out. I filled it out with the truth, and they didn't like it. Vianna the representative, called me back, yelling and took away the oil change for giving them low scores. NOT DOING BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!
