I brought my car in for a free recall fix on a Friday morning. They talked me into having all the fluids changed saying that it was something I needed. They said my car would be ready about noon. They also told me they would clean my car and vacuum the inside. Once it was there they called and said I had something else wrong with my car which would be another $500. I said to fix the other item but skip the fluid changes. They told me the fluid changes were done. I googled what was wrong with my car then asked if they could reduce part of the price due to some duplications in the various mechanical items being done. At first they said no but then came back and reduced it by 1/2 of labor. I picked my car up, it was not cleaned as promised and I immediately noticed it was not running right. I was not going to wait for them to clean it. As I drove it I thought maybe the fluids needed to work themselves out. It continued to get worse so I turned around and brought it back telling them I was afraid to drive it. I had to leave it overnight but they promised they would put my car in first thing in the morning. They called around 2 and said my car was ready. I asked if it was clean and what was wrong with it. They had not cleaned it and could not tell me what was wrong. I ended up picking it up much later so they could clean it. They never told me what happened and why it ran so much worse after I got it fixed, but now it’s fine.

I want to Thank everyone involved with our recent purchase. The process was very smooth. We received top dollar for our trade-in. Everything was explained and presented clearly with no red tape. By far the easiest friendliest vehicle purchase we’ve made. We purchased a 2016 Ford Taurus Limited AWD. The vehicle we purchased speaks for itself. What an incredible ride all around. We continue to discover all of the options it has integrated into the vehicles system. Way to go Ford. Thank you All.

Don't expect for the Quick Lane to be super quick, but the staff is very knowledgeable. My experience showed me that the staff is going to be very honest up front and explain everything that you'll need to know (or ask of them). Even though it's not quick they do what they can to make you comfortable while you wait. If you prefer to go home they'll get you a shuttle to home and back. If you go inside to wait, they have free drinks (coffee and other hot beverages) and popcorn in a nice lounge which has a TV and plenty of reading material. They also have a small children's space if your kids are with you

I am a long time customer of Apple Ford and have always had a good experience during purchase of a vehicle or repairs. My last experience was less than expected. I was in for an oil change and during the process was informed that the air and cabin filters needed changing. They took both filters out and showed them to me, I told them to go ahead and change them. When I received my bill there was a $15.00 labor charge for changing the cabin filter. I was only shown the price of the filters which were compatible with my ability to buy them somewhere else and was not told there would be a labor charge for the one filter. They would have had to reinstall the filters had I said I would do it myself and there would have been $0.00 labor charged. This makes absolutely no sense what so ever since the tech would have had to do twice the work. Needless to say this may be a small isuue but it is absolutely unacceptable business practice to not disclose the total cost. I was quite upset and remarked to the cashier that this may well be my last vehicle I purchase from Apple Ford. By the way I am still waiting for them to get my other vehicle in to replace the passenger side air bag, it has been over a year.

Doug was an excellent sales person. I needed a new reliable car pretty much as soon as possible. I saw a few cars online that I really liked and we drove to a few Apple Auto locations where the cars were located. He was very honest and I felt comfortable with making such a big purchase in a short amount of time. The car was everything I was looking for, so it was the right place and time. I'm extremely thankful and happy :)
