Reviews are so important for us consumers. It's important for us "Consumers" to have a place to write about our experience so people learn from what other people go through. I purchased a car from Belzer's Lakeville and so far I LOVE IT. Has been no problems and I enjoy my new start with a newer vehicle. Anybody looking to purchase a car or truck make sure to stop by and check them out. They have Many vehicles to choose from that will suit your style or needs. I was able to get financed quickly and was just a matter of hours until I was out the door with my vehicle it was great. Some dealerships can take forever and it's a all day process. Belzer's is very efficient while keeping your needs in mind. I had 1 very small hick up there but the GM Nick great guy by the way reached out and offered to try and make it right. He's just about going to cover the issue i had in full but nothing for the aggravation and my time which I thought was equally as important. But I'm going to just be thankful. Overall I must say this is a GREAT PLACE to purchase a vehicle and you won't be disappointed. They will have something you want and are on top of trying to make it fit your budget which is awesome. They went out of the way and drove the car i wanted from the sister dealership they have in New Prague, Mn  on short notice I thought that was great customer service.

I will never step foot into this place ever again. If you want to feel like a low life go there. 
First off the salesman named Stacy sprung came out to greet my girlfriend and I at a car we were interested in. When we went inside to talk to the salesman at his desk his breath smelled of booze, it was New Year’s Day so maybe he was out having a good time on New Year’s Eve.

I liked the car after the test drive so started talking numbers, I tried talking him down 2 grand as a starting point and he said I was waisting his time. He would not even take the time to go ask a manager, I said how about 1500 and that’s when he said they use a computer system them looks around and makes them the cheapest in the area. 
Then after that we went into the finance dept and I meet a guy by the name of Matt Moore. Even worse then Stacy. I could not get out of that office fast enough. I don’t have perfect credit and I told him that before he pulled my credit. 
He said with a credit score of 601 he can’t touch me. I got the feeling I was waisting his time by being there. It was looking at a used 23,000 dollar suv not a 70,000 thousand dollar truck. 
Just some advice, go else where to by cars, even more so if you have a heart condition because your blood pressure will be so high when you leave that place.

Bob Soucheray was super friendly and was definitely more interested in what I wanted and what would work for me than anyone I've ever bought a car from. There was no pressure, no stress, and the whole experience actually took much less time than I had expected! He and Don, from financing, were both willing to go over all the little details with me without hassle, and I would definitely buy a car from Bob at Jeff Belzer's again! Thank you so much for getting me the car I wanted at a great price, you guys are awesome!

I have limited time to engage things outside of work so, Zach's (Sales) willingness to engage me through email was awesome. He was great in explaining and demonstrating the 2018 Traverse I ended up purchasing. I had my eight-year-old daughter with me and he made sure she was engaged and comfortable while we were sorting out the details.  Kara (financing) was also great to work with and explained things in such  detail that I was able to catch a mix-up in communication earlier in the day. By far this was the best dealership I have ever dealt with.

On Friday I purchased a New 2017 Dodge Ram from Jeff Belzer's. When I arrived I was to look up Casey but he was busy with another customer so he immediately asked if it was ok to work with Zach Anderson not to keep us waiting. Zach went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He went out in the cold and pulled up every vehicle we were interested in and even after we were done test driving he went back in the lot to pull up the final two we having trouble deciding on so we could compare. We made our final decision and then he made the final transactions very easy. Was very pleased with the whole process and will recommend Jeff Belzer's to family and friends in the future and have them ask for Zach. Thank you.
