I had a really good experience at Apple Used Auto. Friendly and easy to work with. Came along on the test drive and answered every question I had about the vehicle I was purchasing. They did a lot of work to my vehicle including 4 brand new tires.Traded previous vehicle and got financing. I was able to drive off with my new vehicle the same day. My previous vehicle had a flat tire. They drove to my place. Removed the flat tire and put my spare on and drove it away. Which I was thankful for. They also have full services so I will be getting my oil changes and other auto care done there as well.

I went in a couple days ago to look and test drive a car . Tiffany helped me (sales associate) - she was really nice and walked me through the signing process and the car that I was looking at . I wasn’t planning on purchasing but it was a really good deal and I couldn’t pass it up. My first time signing on a car/loan- it went smoothly and they explained everything perfectly . She also gave me her number just in case I had any questions on the car after the purchase or if I needed help using all the gadgets . Financing went pretty fast - they went step by step and explained the whole process and answered my questions. Janxten helped me in finance . Even after purchase she texted me to ask if everything was still okay and If I liked the car still. Overall a good experience !!!

Worked with Zack .L and we had a great experience. No pressure and great customer service. We got the Honda Odyssey. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car..ask for Zack but I'm sure anyone there will help you and treat you like you matter..

Just bought a clean, used Trailblazer at a reasonable price. I test drove a few vehicles and I really feel like I made the right buy. There was no pressure into buying a car, and I think the no-commission policy helps customers into making the right purchase.

I came to check out a specific vehicle listed online, one of three I had on my shopping list that day. I was received well by the staff in a clean, open showroom. After driving the car and finding out what trade-in value the financial person was willing to offer for my old car (very generous), I thanked them and left to check out the other possibilities on my list. Later in the day I returned to Apple and bought the car. Throughout the process, I was treated with friendliness and respect, without a hint of pressure to buy. A very pleasant experience. And I love the car.
