Gary is a wonderful person to work with. Not pushy but goes above and beyond  to get things done. 
Our issue is  with the dealership. Although it is not a major defect, the sun glass holder pops open every time we go over a bump tossing sun glasses in your face. It pops open even with no sun glasses- a big distraction. Thinking this was a simple fix i called the dealership within 30 days thinking they could tweak it. No go. This would be a full blown repair to adjust it. It is not so much that it is a repair but more of a "it is your problem because you drove it off the lot" deal. We are very disappointed to spend over $20,000 to be told this. 

We are also still waiting for our plates to be mailed.

We would buy another car from Gary in a heartbeat,  but have to think twice about  buying from Hastings Automotive again.

We brought the Sport Trac in for a front/rear differential service.  Our Service Adviser, Josh Blair, took extra time to thoroughly explain our extended warranty, and the service we had requested.  Were were very pleased and couldn't ask for anything more.  Excellent customer service, even though we live about 45 minutes away and have many other vehicle service options closer to home ... we will be back!

My husband and I are so happy we found this dealership, they went above and beyond to help us get back on the road, the customer service from each and everyone working there was exceptional!! They made us feel comfortable and at home there and our son loved them as well, they sure kept him busy  lol. We truly appreciate you all so much and cant thank you all enough. We highly recommend you guys! Take care

This was my second time coming to Hastings Ford under an unfortunate circumstance, Dave, Bryce, Kevin, all that worked with me were so helpful and made my experiences there so easy and worry free! I bought a 2008 trailblazer there about 10 months ago and it was just recently totaled out from someone hitting me and I didn't think twice about where I should go to buy another vehicle, they are so honest in letting you know if what you're buying is the right buy! Well I absolutely Love my 2013 Equinox and can't thank them enough for all there help and patience throughout the 3 days I spent there! Thanks so much for the continued amazing customer service you guys provide!
