I have never been disappointed by people by the manager by the workers by everybody in my life like the people in that store , one of them give me a bad attitude almost they wanted to hit me they don't want Even to assist me they don't want to even to talk to me I don't know why I feel so much offended by one of the workers ( a man ) who asked his friend to leave huh waving his hand in front of me like rude and mean and disrespectful! I'm gonna tell you that you have to respect people . Here is a short guy with a black beard . I have a new phone and i have a 90 days warranty I wanted to change it they refused just because they want to do what they want . I will tell everybody to be careful be careful be careful be careful you will never be helped by the manager nothing look at the reviews almost get one star ! Please be careful . The manger didn't do nothing for me nothing . I am so disappointed...

I came in for a screen fix and there was an issue with my Apple care. The manager was extremely helpful in resolving my problem and the customer service was outstanding!!! Best Apple store experience I've ever had!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS THE WORST. I ONCE WANTED TO GET THE NEW MAC AND THERE WAS THE STUDENT OFFER AND THE GUY WHO WAS HELPING DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT IT. ITS BY COINCIDENCE A LADY WHO WORK THERE TOLD ME ABOUT IT. THE OTHER TIME I CAME FOR MY MOBILE TO GET IT FIXED, THE GUY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE HIS NAME IS DANIEL, HE WASN'T LOOKING AT ME AND HE WAS CHEWING GUM AND TALKING, WASN'T GIVING ANY SUGGESTIONS. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NEVER GO TO THAT STORE. HE SAID THE ONLY CHOICE U HAVE IS TO REPLACE UR MOBILE WITH 300 DOLLARS EVEN THOUGH THE GUY FROM THE PREVIOUS TIME SAID U HAVE THE CHOICE OF GET THE SCREEN FIXED FOR ONLY 120 DOLLARS. HE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP SO RUDE AND ARROGANT HE SHOULDN'T WORK IN SUCH A PLACE HIS HOME IS THE PLACE WHERE HE SHOULD BE ONLY.

Everyone seems to be worried about their own personal matters.. if you're not looking to spend any money then they have no advice or support. Manager's boss around customers like they're forced to be there??? Overall disappointed.. money can be spent elsewhere
