Not the best browsing experience due to the large number of people/kids who use this place as a free internet cafe/child care center. We have been to this store twice and both times there were people/kids camped out at particular models we had come in to try to take a look at. The first time we just decided to leave and go to another store. This 2nd time we waited 10 minutes to see if the kid who was using it would move but it seemed like he was there to stay (he had paired a toy with the laptop and was playing a game). We finally asked one of the store employees if he could help us take a look at the particular laptop and, to his credit, he did ask the kid to move to a different model so that we could test it out. I think it's great that the store provides a "hanging out" lounge type atmosphere to the general public but I do think it needs to be tempered with common sense. We spent about 5 minutes testing the laptop and another 10 minutes total going around the store looking at others. I think it would be helpful to limit use to 5 minutes at a time unless there isn't a line, of course. Or, they could set up a "test only" area for customers who just want to try out the features with a separate area for other customers who can use duplicate machines to their heart's content. We did end up purchasing the laptop and we would shop here again even with the minor annoyance because we were able to get an employee to assist us. Not one employee approached us though in the first 10 minutes that we were there. We had to ask.

I had an excellent experience there. It was 2 weekends before Christmas, so it was extremely busy, but that did not stop the great service. I went in with a non functioning Surface Book 2 charger that had stopped working only 3 days after buying the laptop. I did not purchase the laptop from Microsoft or the store, but they didn't bother me about a receipt or anything. They tested another charger to make sure my charger was the issue and not the laptop, and then the gentleman went to get a brand new replacement and then I left. I didn't have to fill anything out, so the experience was seamless. I was in and out withing 5 minutes.

It was a good inventory and spacious store for all the things on display. Only thing I hated was there were lot of kids playing on the gaming computers and not comfortable for me to check out the products. Hope the store manager was very kind minded person. Product display and customer reception and answering to queries was awesome.

I went in around 1 pm on a Tuesday and went towards the back of the store where they had a large table like desk with a few solution center employees there. The employee Juan "2.0" immediately ask what he could do for me. I told him my laptop issue and he right away new the issue. It was bitlocker from Windows OS. He sat with me and went through what needed to be done and did it all right there. The service is what blew my mind. All the employees were nice and hospitable. Juan and Oscar(the manager) offered me a choice of drink while my laptop was being serviced. I got a coke and Oscar brought it out ice cold in a can! Microsoft Store killed it today and I can see myself exclusively buying Microsoft services and hardware in the future.

This store is the best. Staff always helpful, friendly and have solved my serious computer problems every time. They saved me in the middle of finals when my comp died. Highly recommend this store!
