Extremely unhelpful. Cannot be bothered to help, even if all of sales staff is standing around and you're the only person in the store. They can barely manage a yes/no response, not at all solutions-oriented or proactive. They don't even know if the manager is in or not. Possibly the most awful store, and I've had my share of awful Sprint stores before all over the country. I've filed an official complaint with Sprint headquarters, but tbh, they don't care, either or this store would have shaped up already.

The representative was unhelpful. I went in to return my lease phone. Instead of pulling up my account, they told me to call the costumer care on my own. The costumer service couldn't help me much they were resisting to send the returning kit to my place and asked me to call back in a week. The representative in-store asked for the interactive number for me and told me to call costumer care again in 4 days if they still won't help me out the representative suggests the I raise my voice.......... I will not go back to Sprint ever again.

The worst store I have ever visited, everything takes forever , very cheap Costomer service, speciallly there are some spanish employees, even they don't bother their self to help you on their free time , if you are not South American. It's disgusting. I am going to cancel my agreement.
