I wish I could give it more than 2 stars because of the super friendly staff, but my experience today was rather disappointing. 

Given that Staples is now offering phone screen repair and I was given a 20 % discount card, I decided to give it a try. First issue, I was provided with a different price on the phone than in store ($89.99 on the phone vs. $99.99 in store)... anyways.. excited to pick up my newly repaired phone, I was told that due to the special screws in my phone (Iphone 5 SE), they'd have to send it in with 3-5 business days lead time as they don't have the screws on hand.. that's just unacceptable and not doable. My screen was even more cracked and damaged than before due to the attempts to remove it... mad and disappointed, I took it to one of the repair booths in the mall.. repaired within 30 mins for $60.00  - Staples, sorry but your screen repair service is not competitive in this age of time.

Nobody answered the phone when I called customer service. Had ro call copy and print for someone to answer the phone who call me mame when they shouldn't have said anything since I'm a sir.

Tried to pickup an online purchase from this store. We were running late and called ahead, but the manager would not let us in, even 1 minute after close. Customers were still walking around and ringing up their purchases.

I understand technically they had "closed", but a little human understanding goes a long way. Item would take 30 seconds to retrieve from the pickup locker. Refunded it online and went elsewhere.

Reading other reviews, it sounds like the manager has a history.

GO TO OFFICE DEPOT INSTEAD!!!!

Wife and daughter went to this Staples location to get printer ink...seems simple enough.  Sales associate, who I think was also the manager, was rude for no particular reason.  He proceeded to throw the ink down on the counter, told my wife to take the receipt out of the register herself, did not provide a bag, and acted like it was a trouble for him to check out a customer buying merchandise at his store.  With so many choices I recommend against going to this Staples store.  I know we will be going elsewhere in the future.

Check your receipts! I went here for school supplies and the backpack my son picked out had a manufacture suggested price tag of $45.99. The price at the register was $60.99. I have seen where stores leave those tags on and charge less, but not the other way around. 

I had to specifically ask for the advertised discount of 25% off regularly priced school supplies if you buy the backpack. They gave me the correct prices on both accounts, but only because I caught the mistakes. I sure that they are glad to if only 1 and 100 customers actually look at the receipt.
