Small store with one assigned parking space. Most new devices are on display. Busy location but with good help. Always seem to be a few clerks there when i have come in. Knowledgeable staff yet T mobile system makes them call into central T mobile support for account tasks. Can be frustrating when clerks get transferred around before they get the help you need.

I live in Springfield but I only go to this store for any purchases, questions or issues. Amir was so helpful and patient... the best customer service!! Thank you Amir! Cho
